On approximately July 7th I began my first attempt at worshiping through art on a Thursday night.  This flowed into the following Sunday night service which ended up being the first night of the God Encounter meetings.  The process has been both tough and rewarding.  The personal growth has been obvious to me and I’m encouraged by the closeness with God and His bigger plan both for me and this region.  The following pieces involve the journey of learning to worship my lord through the artistic talents He has given me.  I’ve sought after many approaches to creating art through worship and the following pieces demonstrate some of the process.  I’ve tried to avoid “critiquing” regarding my form of worship, but am encouraged by work that blesses the father, allows me to connect in a different way spiritually, and hopefully, but not mandatory, blesses the body as well.
